About Meri Yoga Beach Yoga
Creating themed classes that are suitable for both beginners and more advanced students. Basing the practice on the mind-body-soul connection, and guiding students to follow their breath, moving along the path of least resistance. Connecting yoga philosophy to asana practice.
Why Buy?
These classes are accessible to all levels. We will flow through our postures to the rising/setting sun and the sounds of the ocean. A great way to connect to nature, and to yourself. Please bring a mat or towel and some water.
These sessions take place Tuesday mornings 7:30-8:30am and Wednesday evenings 7-8pm.
